MEET OUR TEAM

Aviation brings me true happiness — for me, it’s not just a job, it’s a passion. I love new challenges and am always excited to learn how to fly a new aircraft. Teaching is incredibly rewarding; there’s nothing quite like watching students from all walks of life achieve their goals and knowing you played a part in their journey.
Charlotta Scott, CFII

As a flight instructor, I turn takeoff jitters into solo high-fives, helping students go from “I hope I can” to “I’ve got this.”
I love instrument flying and helping students stay cool and confident, even in foggy conditions. Checkride nerves? Not with me! I bring calm vibes, clear instruction, and maybe even a joke to keep you focused and ready to pass.
Kierra Oberg, CFI

Learning to fly should be fun. Every lesson moves you closer to pilot-in-command while enjoying the journey. I simplify the complex, breaking down maneuvers and weather so it clicks and sticks. I live for light bulb moments — seeing students break through and become safe, confident pilots is the best part of what I do.
Will Sangster, CFI

I don’t just teach people to fly — I help shape true aviators.
For me, flight training goes beyond stick and rudder; it’s about mindset, discipline, and a deep-rooted culture of safety.
Flying is a commitment — one built on preparation, resilience, and holding ourselves to the highest standard, both in the air and in life.
Giuseppe "G Man"
Director of Operations

My aviation journey began with a dream and took off in July 2023 when I earned my Private Pilot Certificate, mentored by Charlotta. Now, as Marketing Manager at Altitude Aviation Academy, I’m passionate about helping others discover that same sense of achievement and freedom. My mission is to spread the word: incredible flight schools do exist — and Altitude is one of them.

What inspired you to fly
As a young girl in Sweden — where there were almost no female pilots — I thought becoming one would be the coolest career ever. Back then, you had to take a two-day test just to qualify for commercial training. I figured I’d take it, and if I failed, I could move on. But I passed — and that became my point of no return. I had to go for it. I faced a lot of pushback as a woman in aviation, but that only fueled my determination to succeed.
